Step 1: Gather your WORLDPAC account information:
To set up WORLDPAC on PartsTech, you’ll need two pieces of information:
(1) Your SpeedDial User ID and (2) your SpeedDIAL Password
These are the same credentials you use to log in to WORLDPAC SpeedDIAL. NOTE: PartsTech is an approved WORLDPAC shop software integration partner. See WORLDPAC’s supported shop management software list.
How to find your SpeedDIAL User ID and Password
Your SpeedDIAL User ID and SpeedDIAL Password are the same credentials you use to log in to WORLDPAC’s SpeedDIAL application.
If you can’t find your SpeedDIAL credentials, please call the helpdesk at 800-888-9982 x5470 or email WORLDPAC commercial support at email@example.com.
If you do not have access to SpeedDIAL, you must first have a registered account with WORLDPAC. To open an account, To open an account, go to http://www.worldpac.com/acctapp/ or call Customer First atext 5470.
Step 2: Enter your WORLDPAC credentials on PartsTech
To enter your WORLDPAC credentials on PartsTech, return to the Supplier Setup screen. Click the blue pencil icon to edit your WORLDPAC information.
Then enter your credentials in the appropriate fields. Check to be sure you have the correct WORLDPAC location selected. Once you’ve entered your information and checked for accuracy, click “Save.”
Step 3: Complete the set up or registration process and check your account status.
If you’re setting up a new account on PartsTech for the first time, please be sure to complete the registration process and confirm your email. Also, don’t forget to set up your other preferred parts suppliers.
Next time you log on to PartsTech, you will be able to see the status of your WORLDPAC account in your Supplier Settings (pictured below). Look for the green “Account Verified” message. That means your WORLDPAC account on PartsTech is set up and ready to go.
