PartsTech is an auto parts ordering system that connects suppliers directly with consumers. Therefore any returns are ultimately handled by the supplier and their return policy.
For Repair Shops.
For purchases made though existing wholesale accounts:
If you purchased a product through PartsTech using an existing wholesale account returns are handled the same as if you'd purchased the product over the phone please refer to your supplier's guidelines regarding wholesale returns.
For PartsTech Catalog Purchases / Purchases made from outside of your network:
For purchases made outside of your wholesale network and paid with a credit card please refer to our consumer return process below.
For Vehicle Owners.
If you need to return a product you purchased through PartsTech please follow our consumer return process below. Once your completed this process a PartsTech Rep will reach out to you via email with further instructions.
Note: You will need to ship the product back to that supplier with a copy of your invoice.
Consumer Return Process.
Step 1: Navigate to https://www.partstech.com/recent/purchases to see all of your recent orders.
Step 2: Find the order you wish to return and click the button to show details.
Step 3: Click the "Return Item" button to start the return process.
Step 4: Select your reason for returning.
Step 5: You will receive an email stating that your return is processing. A PartsTech Rep will reach out with further instructions.
